"Toys are our business and our business is fun!" This just isn't a clever slogan at Kerrigan Toys- it is the essence of the operational philosophy, which is product driven. The importance of marketing is recognized, but marketing is used to support innovative products rather than drive mediocre ones.

Kerrigan Toys uses U.S. manufacturing sources for printing and production of our toys. All components are made in the U.S. except when sources for these components can not be located within the U.S.

The Beginning: LOSING IS FUN??!
During one period of unemployment, stress was causing pain in Tom Kerrigan's chest, which terrorized him, worrying that it was health related, perhaps even a heart attack. This was proven to be wrong after he invited friends over to test his new creation- a board game called LAUGH TRAX^tm. The laughter poured out of everyone, providing positive verification of its play value. And without realizing it, all of this laughter eliminated the tension that was causing his chest pain. "After playing LAUGH TRAX^tm the first time, it was as if the sky had opened up and the sun beamed down", he would later tell a reporter. His mission seemed set and he concentrated his efforts on his innovative game that's FUN to lose! And with this, Kerrigan Toys was born. Production of LAUGH TRAX^tm was initiated and regional sales began. Several TV features and print stories on LAUGH TRAX^tm soon followed with positive consumer response. Development efforts of additional toys continued.

FOCUSED ON FUN^sm
As sales for LAUGH TRAXtm continue to increase, Kerrigan Toys has expanded its design library to numerous toys from various categories, many of which are now in development and testing stages. Rather than be category specific, Kerrigan Toys pursues a good product concept as long as it is innovative and has high play value. This is the toy's first measuring stick- fun! "If we create something that consumers will have fun with and enjoy, it is, by definition, a toy!", remarked Kerrigan.

GOOD WILL
The company has maintained a focus on philanthropy that is proportional to its ability to give. Maintaining high community involvement, the company has given toys to charity, school fundraisers, church auctions, and toy Christmas drives for disadvantaged children. Kerrigan Toys has been happy to work with the local office of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, giving out copies of LAUGH TRAX at their Christmas party. It was with joyous surprise that kids came up and asked for autographs on their game. That kind of satisfaction is priceless.

THE FUTURE- OUR MISSION
With a tremendous inventory of products from all categories, the company's mission is to rejuvenate a lethargic toyland with new and next generation product lines. Inquiries from retailers of all size are welcomed. Investor inquiry is also welcomed.
